Title : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field

Experience : 5 + Years in GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) Security operations

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Department : Information Technology

Role : GRC Security Analyst


Key Responsibilities:


GRC Framework & Risk Management

  • Assist in implementing and managing security governance frameworks (ISO 27001,NIST)
  • Support risk assessments and compliance activities, identifying gaps and areas of improvement
  • Help maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and risk mitigation plans
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.



Automation & AI/ML Integration

  • Utilize automation tools to streamline GRC processes, such as compliance tracking, incident management, and audit reporting.
  • Assist in integrating AI/ML models for predictive risk analysis, compliance automation, and anomaly detection.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in GRC workflows.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize GRC metrics, compliance KPIs, and risk trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to extract and analyze data for insightful GRC reports.
  • Use scripting (Python, PowerShell) to automate data collection, risk analysis, and report generation.


Security & Compliance Monitoring

  • Assist in monitoring the organization's security posture through security tools and automated
  • scripts.Support the identification and remediation of compliance gaps in various
  • systems.Work with the IT and security teams to ensure that security controls are effective and meet compliance standards.



Collaboration & Development

  • Work closely with senior GRC managers, security engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and business goals.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in automation, AI/ML, and security practices.
  • Engage in professional development to expand your expertise in GRC, automation, and data analytics.



Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and data analysis.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in risk and security management.
  • Experience with Power BI for creating reports and data visualizations.



Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, Service Now GRC, Metric Stream)
  • Exposure to automation tools for security processes and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to work with data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
