Job Title: Lead DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform.About the RoleLead a Team of Developers: You will lead a team of developers in building conversational AI solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.Architect and Design Scalable Solutions: You will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable, robust chatbot frameworks aligned with project goals.Develop and Customize Chatbots: You will develop and customize chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI APIs and tools.Implement NLP/NLU Capabilities: You will implement NLP/NLU capabilities for intelligent, context-aware conversations.Integrate Bots with Third-Party Applications: You will integrate bots with third-party applications via APIs and enterprise systems.Ensure Code Quality: You will ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.Establish CI/CD Pipelines: You will establish CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams for automated deployments.Debug and Resolve Technical Issues: You will debug and resolve technical issues to maintain smooth bot operations.Stay Updated on AI Trends: You will stay updated on AI trends and apply new technologies to improve solutions.Provide Technical Guidance: You will provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Strong Experience in Kore.AI Platform: You will have strong experience in the Kore.AI platform (bot development, customization, integration).Proficiency in Programming Languages: You will have proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.Solid Understanding of NLP/NLU Concepts: You will have a solid understanding of NLP/NLU concepts.Experience with Cloud Platforms: You will have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: You will have familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You will have excellent problem-solving skills and debugging skills.Strong Leadership Skills: You will have strong leadership and team management capabilities.BenefitsThis is a great opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative conversational AI solutions.
