Your goal is to drive data-driven improvements in customer engagement for healthcare providers, keeping them at the forefront of NHS digital transformation.Crafting and optimising prompts and dialogue flows to maximise response relevance and reduce latency across text and voice channels is key. You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice agent components into our Azure-hosted microservices architecture.Instrumenting AI pipelines, analysing logs and user feedback, troubleshooting edge cases, and implementing continuous-learning improvements are crucial. Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks, and NHS-specific compliance will inform your technical roadmap.Mentoring junior engineers, advocating best practices in MLOps, prompt engineering, voice-agent design, and model governance, as well as contributing to architecture reviews, are essential responsibilities.
