Role Overview:The PPC/Growth Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for spearheading the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine advertising, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads. They will be tasked with setting up and managing campaigns, conducting keyword research, and crafting compelling ad copy.This position also involves optimizing campaign performance through bid and budget management, structural optimization, keyword refinement, and creative enhancement. A key responsibility of this role is overseeing Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media outlets.Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating feed files for shopping campaigns and executing these campaigns efficiently.To excel in this position, the candidate must have a solid understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, as well as analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.A bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in PPC are required. Strong Excel skills and effective communication abilities are also essential.A quick learner with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices is highly desirable in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
