We're Hiring: Technical Automation Engineer (No-Code + AI) | Freshers WelcomeAre you a fast learner, curious builder, and someone who loves solving problems with technology?Join us as we build the future of automation + AI-powered systems for modern businesses.We're looking for a Technical Team Member to help us design, build, and deploy automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and the latest AI tools.No prior experience with these tools is required — just strong technical fundamentals and the drive to learn fast.You will get to:Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar toolsCreate AI agents and autonomous systems using no/low-code platformsDesign and implement ClickUp workspaces for end-to-end business operationsIntegrate tools using APIs, webhooks, and databasesDevelop AI-powered solutions for marketing, sales, customer support, and operationsResearch and test new automation + AI platforms, and present demosPrototype solutions before client rolloutBuild RAG systems, implement vector databases, and work with LangChain/LangGraphDocument workflows and create SOPs for client handoffSupport clients during onboarding and troubleshootingWork directly with the founder to validate and build technical solutionsAn ideal candidate is:Strong in programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, Java or similar)Comfortable understanding APIs, webhooks, and data flowsA problem-solver who reads documentation and figures things out independentlySelf-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentExcited to learn no/low-code platforms quicklyResponsible, disciplined, and ready to be an early team memberCurious about how businesses operate and how technology solves real problemsExperience: 0–1 years (Fresh graduates welcome)Bonus points if you already have: Experience with automation tools, or project/work management platforms.This role gives you the rare chance to:Become a specialist in cutting-edge automation and AI integrationBuild a strong portfolio of real client implementationsWork closely with the founder and influence product/technical directionLearn both business strategy and technical executionYou'll be one of the first team members.Benefit from work-from-home flexibility.Compensation:Fixed (2.5 to 3 LPA) + Variable (performance basis)
