Visit us at to know more about us Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance across the organization. Analyse key sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, recommend actionable insights, and continuously optimize sales activities. Set and manage ambitious sales targets in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market trends. Design and implement sales process improvements to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and accelerate sales cycles. Develop sales forecasting models to drive accurate predictions and align resources with projected growth. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize sales execution. Establish and nurture a performance-driven culture within the sales team by introducing new tools, training programs, and clear accountability measures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, performance management, or operations (SaaS or Fintech experience is a plus). Proven track record in driving sales growth and optimizing sales processes at a senior level. Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms. Must Have's: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
