We are expanding our sales team to drive growth and reach new markets. Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven BPO Telecallers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our tech products/services, and generating qualified leads or direct sales. Key Responsibilities:Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.Pitch and explain company tech products/services clearly and confidently.Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.Maintain a database of calls, leads, and customer information using CRM tools.Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment.Handle objections professionally and close sales when possible. Requirements:0–3 years of experience in BPO, telesales, cold calling, or a related role.Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages is a plus).Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.Basic understanding of technology products or IT services.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
