We handle operations, business development, events, and community management across multiple venues.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Community & Growth to lead the user-side expansion of our business. This is not a traditional “venue marketing” role — it’s a growth + engagement role focused on acquiring and retaining users, building partnerships, and driving engagement across our communities.You’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that bring more users into our ecosystem, connect them with our community games, and drive awareness for the Spaces brand as Bangalore’s most engaging sports network.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Growth & User AcquisitionBrand & Content MarketingPartnerships & ActivationPerformance & DataLeadership & ExecutionWhat are we looking forAtleast 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or community brands.A mix of strategic and executional ability — can build plans and also run them on the ground.Strong understanding of youth and urban lifestyle marketing in Indian metros.Experience with offline activation, partnerships, and digital growth marketing.Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content-led growth.Entrepreneurial and self-starter attitude — comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing setup.What this role offersHigh creative freedom to experiment with formats, partnerships, and campaigns.Work closely with leadership on shaping the next phase of TRP Sports’ consumer strategy.Potential for rapid growth as we expand into new cities.
