**Job Overview:**As a Tele Calling professional, you will be responsible for making high-quality calls to schedule sales leads and identify customer needs.**Key Responsibilities:**Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.**Requirements:**Strong knowledge of Livspace services.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Aptitude for sales.**What We Offer:**We are committed to providing our employees with a positive and supportive work environment.
