Job DescriptionCoordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment.Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project's requirementsParticipate in the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules and scheduleVerify the conditions on site prior to performing the inspectionCoordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project ManagerWitness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklistMonitor the testing lead time to ensure completion within the agreed scheduleInform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement planReport to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspectionFill-in the inspection report based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering teamSuggest improvements to the supplier to enhance the inspected product and testing conditionsRequired Skills and QualificationsEducation Background: Bachelor in the technical field is requiredProfessional Knowledge: Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications and test procedures for PV ModuleProfessional Qualification: Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage or factory inspectionRelevant Experience & Fixed Number of Years: At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical position are requiredManagement Skills: Minimum 1-2 years management experience is requiredComputer Skills: Good command of Microsoft OfficeLanguage Skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written EnglishOther Requirements: High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver; 80% of time on the inspection site is requested
