Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced quality auditor to join our Call Center process.The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing technician calls, validating membership sales, voice training using tools such as Rilla, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all customer and technician interactions.Validating the accuracy of appointments booked by the back-office team.Performing call audits of the back-office agents.Conduct voice and speech training for new joiners specifically for the US Outbound Voice Process.Auditing membership sales compliance.Maintaining and sharing audit dashboards and performance reports with the operations leadership team.Recommending action-based improvements based on audit findings.This role requires a graduate degree or above, 5+ years of experience as a quality analyst/auditor in a call center, preferably HVAC or service-based domains, hands-on experience using Rilla, and knowledge of performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:Audit and validate key business processes to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement effective quality control measures to drive business growth.Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate degree or above in a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience as a quality analyst/auditor in a call center.Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our business.
