Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team.Process customer refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform additional related duties as required.Key CompetenciesFluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.RequirementsExceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Able ToStrong oral and written communication abilities.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.Preferred ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.About This RoleThis role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
