Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerAs a senior operations manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by optimizing transactional processes. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in transactional areas.Develop end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP to guide service providers in improving efficiency.Understand Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) and vendor management with a focus on enhancing vendor-related metrics.Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using bot solutions for increased efficiencies.Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes.RequirementsQualified accountant with 5 years of experience in P2P or semi-qualified accountant with 8 years of accounting and finance experience.Strong leadership skills and non-positional influencing skills.Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.English proficiency.BenefitsAs a senior operations manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
