The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, business development, and team management in the medical device industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Leadership:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Madurai region.- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet sales targets.- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.2. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.3. Team Management:- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.4. Market Analysis:- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and business decisions.Requirements:1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.3. Skills:- Strong sales leadership and business development skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.- Strong team management and coaching skills.- Experience with medical device sales, including knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
