Oracle HCM Technical Lead JobJob Overview:Phoenix Cloud Technologies specializes in delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud implementation services and solutions to empower business efficiency. Our expert team of certified consultants guides organizations through every phase of their cloud HCM journey, from initial planning and customization to deployment and ongoing support.As a technical lead for our Oracle HCM Cloud team, you will be responsible for leading development and technical strategy, building and owning integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, developing fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs, reviewing code and ensuring best practices across the delivery team, partnering with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic, troubleshooting issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics, overseeing deployments, testing cycles, and production support, and mentoring junior developers so they become rockstars too.Key Responsibilities:Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud.Build and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware.Develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.Review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team.Partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working magic.Troubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before anyone panics.Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support.Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars too.Qualifications:6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.Strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL.Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a big win.Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services.Ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room.Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations.Certification is a bonus.
