Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical LeadDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled technical lead to join our team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Your primary focus will be on building and owning integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, developing fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs. You will also review code and ensure best practices across the delivery team, partner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutions, troubleshoot issues with confidence, and oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support.Main Responsibilities:Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM CloudBuild and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDevelop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIsReview code and ensure best practices across the delivery teamPartner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutionsTroubleshoot issues with confidenceOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentStrong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDLExperience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORCSolid understanding of REST and SOAP web servicesAbility to lead discussions with clients and hold the roomPrior experience guiding technical teams through global implementationsCertification is a plus but not requiredAbout UsWe are a team of experts dedicated to delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud implementation services and solutions.
