Position Title: Associate Manager / Financial Analyst


Key Responsibilities

 Support in general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and

compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

 Support in month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and

financial data is accurate

 Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analysis,

and variance analysis.

 Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements.

 Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards

 Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary

documentation and explanations.

 Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to the general ledger.

 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes

and systems.

 Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring smooth

transitions and minimal disruptions.


Qualifications and Skills:

 Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

 Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and financial

reporting.

 Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
