Role Overview
We're seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive our enterprise sales efforts across key industrial markets in India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise technology sales and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders in manufacturing, automotive, and technology sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive new business revenue through direct enterprise sales (Deal sizes 80L+ per annum)
- Develop strategic account plans targeting core industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Steel, Technology Parks
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers (Plant Heads, CXOs, Operations Directors)
- Conduct solution presentations and ROI discussions with multiple stakeholders
- Work with technical team for POCs and customer implementations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline in CRM
- Ensure smooth coordination between customer technical teams and our solution engineers
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology/software solutions
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Experience in selling to manufacturing, automotive or industrial sectors
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- B.Tech/B.E or MBA from reputed institutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IoT, Computer Vision, or Industry 4.0 solutions
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards (ISO 45001, Indian Factory Act)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety compliance
- Experience in dealing with Factory Operations/EHS teams
- Regional language proficiency based on location
