Senior Executive Officer RoleAs a Senior Executive Officer, you will serve as the chief strategic and operational partner to our CEO. This role is designed for individuals who can master execution systems and leadership, ultimately becoming a trusted operating partner to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Execution: You will convert the CEO's vision into measurable outcomes by creating structured plans with owners, deadlines, and KPIs. Your focus will be on ensuring timely execution across the company, preempting risks, and escalating only after solutions are attempted.Cross-Functional Leadership: You will coordinate and align all major organizational functions, including Revenue, Sales, Marketing & Brand, Operations, Logistics, Product, Analytics, Shared Services, HR, and Finance.Operational Excellence & SOP Building: You will build new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments, strengthen cross-department workflows, implement Service Level Agreement (SLA) discipline, and introduce org-wide rituals, cadences, and review cycles.Product + Ops Integration: As part of your growth, you will learn to build systems thinking across workflows, operational automation, resource allocation, data-led forecasting, business scaling, customer experience design, and more.Data Reporting & Business Intelligence: You will build daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, track top-line unit economics, quality metrics, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on operational failures, recommend improvements backed by data, and present insights to the CEO for decision-making.Special Projects Leadership: Examples of special projects may include city expansion, new product line launches, vendor ecosystem development, tech infrastructure upgrades, operational automation initiatives, hiring key leadership roles, and more.What We're Looking For:We seek an experienced and results-driven individual who can drive execution, scale our business towards operational maturity and profitability, and become the CEO's most trusted operating partner.Benefits:Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and other senior leadersChance to develop and implement strategic plansCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunities
