Associate Director Position Summary The Associate Delivery Director is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring operational excellence, driving high-performance teams, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. This role supports the Delivery Director in managing multiple projects, optimizing resource allocation, and achieving business outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Delivery Management Oversee delivery of multiple projects across assigned accounts or portfolios. Ensure delivery meets timelines, budget, quality, and customer expectations. Implement delivery frameworks, best practices, and governance standards. Track project performance, risks, dependencies, and escalations. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for clients on delivery-related matters. Understand client requirements, objectives, and business outcomes. Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and status updates. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and address escalations. Team Leadership & People Management Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, analysts, and delivery leads. Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management support. Plan resource allocation based on delivery needs. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and delivery frameworks. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics. Prepare dashboards, delivery reports, and executive summaries. Financial Management Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for delivery units. Track revenue, margins, and resource utilization. Support growth activities such as proposals, SOW creation, and contract initiatives. Risk & Quality Management Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure quality checks are adhered to across all deliverables. Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 10 15+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or service delivery. Experience managing large distributed teams and multiple parallel projects. Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps, ITIL). Proven experience in managing client-facing delivery roles. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
