The HR Assistant will support HR operations, ensuring the effective execution of HR functions, including compliance management, talent management, and employee engagement.Qualifications and SkillsDemonstrated expertise in HR operations and proficiency is mandatory for this role (Mandatory skill).Proven experience in compliance management to ensure HR activities meet all regulatory standards.Strong talent management skills to support workforce planning and development initiatives.Experience in onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration of new employees.Ability to support recruitment activities to select qualified candidates for various roles.Innovative in driving employee engagement programs to enhance organizational culture.Proficient in HR analytics to analyze data and provide insights on workforce metrics.Solid understanding of labor law to comply with local and national employment laws.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day HR operations to support efficient department functioning.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws for all HR activities.Support recruitment processes by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to integrate them into the organization effectively.Manage and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required for decision making.Provide necessary support in talent management initiatives to develop career paths.Assist in maintaining a safe and legally compliant workplace by understanding labor regulations.
