Job Description:A seasoned SAP Functional Consultant is required to lead the implementation of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including shop-floor planning, material flow, and warehouse execution.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP Production Planning & Execution features such as MRP, Demand Management, Bill of Materials, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.Enable detailed shop-floor execution, confirmations, settlements, and reporting for optimized production cycle times and scheduling.Support Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO) and repetitive manufacturing scenarios with analytical and optimization skills.Analyze and optimize production planning run performance and build functional specifications for enhancements, forms, and custom logic.Configure Warehouse Management inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, internal warehouse movements, and transfer orders with integration capabilities.Integrate WM with PP, MM, QM for seamless material staging and consumption, supporting production supply area setup and kanban-based replenishment.Optimize warehouse master data, handle interface with barcode systems, RF scanning, and warehouse automation, working closely with cross-functional teams.Lead workshops, create configuration documents, test scripts, SOPs, and training material with effective communication skills.Support unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live preparation with excellent problem-solving abilities.Benefits:Competitive compensation packageCollaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentFlexible work arrangementsRequirements:Extensive experience in SAP Production Planning & ExecutionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
