The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing system configuration, implementation, and optimization.Key Responsibilities:Configure, customize, and deploy advanced manufacturing modules based on business needs.Design and implement workflows, rules, and automation within the manufacturing platform.Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data configuration, integration mappings, and environment readiness.Integration & Technical Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced manufacturing systems with upstream and downstream systems.Troubleshoot interface issues, analyze logs, and ensure seamless data flow across all manufacturing components.Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and provide timely resolutions.Proactive Monitoring & Optimization:Utilize proactive tools to monitor system health, performance, and operational KPIs.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency.Documentation & Collaboration:Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into effective manufacturing configurations.Support UAT cycles, provide training, and assist in deployment activities.
