Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant RoleWe are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant.This role involves collaborating with the Oracle HCM Cloud, providing expert-level consulting services for Payroll and HR modules.Key Responsibilities:Technical expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for Payroll and HR modules.Collaboration with clients to gather functional requirements and document them in functional specifications.Conducting regression testing of RICE components to ensure high-quality deliverables.Analysis and consultation on implementing new software applications or new modules within existing applications.Supporting integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Engaging with stakeholders to resolve priority issues.Data integrity and governance by supporting data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.RequirementsExperience:7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and HR modules.Education:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Skills:Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)Ability to work effectively in a night shift environmentPositive and learning attitudeKnowledge of SDLC and JIRAExperience with BIP and OTBI developmentHDl experienceFamiliarity with North America TaxationThis role offers an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and collaborative spirit to drive business growth and success.
