Job Title: Senior HCM Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the full hire-to-retire cycle, as well as expertise in end-to-end HCM implementations using HCM Cloud.To succeed in this position, you will need:8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, including participation in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations with minimum 2 involving HCM Cloud.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.Additionally, you should have:Strong working experience in Core HR and at least one additional module, specifically HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.Proven experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables.A key aspect of this role is your ability to communicate effectively and lead teams. You should possess:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills.Experience in mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to Project Managers.
