Job Title: Generative AI ExpertRole Overview:The Generative AI Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms.Key Responsibilities:Design, Prototype, and Deploy: Design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion models) for enterprise use cases.Build and Fine-tune Applications: Build and fine-tune LLM-based applications (chatbots, summarization, document Q&A, report generation, code assistants, etc.).Apply Prompt Engineering: Apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and context-aware pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.Integrate AI Models: Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and data stores using Python, Java, or Node.js backends.Collaborate with Architects: Collaborate with architects to define scalable and secure AI service architectures.Required Skills and Qualifications:AI/ML Pipelines: Implementing AI/ML pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment (using tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML).Model Evaluation and Drift Monitoring: Manage model evaluation, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.Inference Performance and Cost Optimization: Optimize inference performance and cost (e.g., model compression, quantization, API optimization).Compliance with AI Ethics and Governance Standards: Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards.Training Datasets: Prepare and curate training datasets (structured/unstructured text, images, code).Data Preprocessing Techniques: Apply data preprocessing, tokenization, and embedding generation techniques.Vector Databases: Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for semantic retrieval use cases.Business Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases.Strategic Roadmap Creation: Contribute to the creation of a strategic AI adoption roadmap and reusable AI Workbench / platform components.Agile Delivery Support: Support POCs, pilots, and full-scale implementations with agile delivery.Documentation and Presentation: Document and present solution designs, technical findings, and results to leadership and clients.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.
