Role Summary:FlatZ is a pioneering platform in the realm of AI and automation, redefining how residents, builders, and RWAs interact within their communities.We're on a mission to create India's smartest gated community platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, ML, IoT, and modern web technologies.Key Responsibilities:Experiment with and develop innovative AI/LLM-based features, including summaries, chat workflows, and document intelligence.Design and implement GenAI pipelines using OpenAI Gemini, HuggingFace, LangChain, and other cutting-edge tools.Prepare high-quality datasets and evaluate outputs to enhance accuracy and model performance.Collaborate with the backend team to integrate AI services into FastAPI and Firebase/Supabase workflows.Contribute to building our in-app AI Assistant for residents and builders.Research new AI tools, models, and techniques to further automate and enhance the platform.Qualifications and Skills:No formal degree required; we value skills, curiosity, and execution.Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLMs or GenAI tools.Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, APIs, and vector databases.Experience with OpenAI/Gemini/HuggingFace models preferred.Bonus points for experience with LangChain, FastAPI, or cloud backends (Firebase/Supabase).Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
