Job Title: Financial ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, recording financial transactions, and reconciling bank statements.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Record financial transactions, including journal entries, and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.Prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations.Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Provide financial information to external auditors as needed.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Working Conditions:US shift.Benefits:Salary: 4-4.2 lpa.
