The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity, and 3+ years specifically handling US accounting standards and reporting.Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients/entities, including monthly/quarterly/annual closing under US GAAP.Lead and supervise a team of accountants; manage work allocation, performance reviews, and training.Review and finalize financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.Prepare, review, and analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams for timely filings and audits.Support system implementations and automation initiatives to improve accounting efficiency.Provide insights and analysis to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Responsibilities:The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting process, including financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
