DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist to help us grow. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the complete Recruitment Lifecycle process including sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly. In this role, we expect you to achieve your daily and monthly targets and will be responsible for your accountabilities and responsibilities.

This is the Lead IT Recruiter position (Night Shift). Morph Enterprise LLC is growing rapidly and we are hiring young talent to support our business growth. We are currently hiring the following:
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ Years of Recruitment Experience.
- Must have 3+ years of experience working with the Fortune clients.
- Strong experience in managing and mentoring a team of 5+ recruiters.
- Must have strong familiarity with the various VMS tools.
- Should be able to set up his and his team’s interviews.
- Must have some exposure to candidate onboarding and background process
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be an Active listener and very attentive to detail.
· 5+ years of staffing and recruitment experience.
· Strong team leadership and management skills in a staffing agency environment.
· Expertise in scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
· Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
· Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
Salary will be decided on a mutual agreement based on interview evaluation.
Appraisals and promotions are purely based on performance and skill development.
