The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inductions, organizing team building activities, and handling vendor management, contract management, and medical insurance policy.Key Responsibilities:Conducting inductions for new employees about the company policies and procedures.Welcome and joining formalities to the new employees with required information and update the database.Organizing Team buildings & Employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.Assisting in preparation of employee invitation letters for any overseas travel.Initiate Plan Discuss and Organize regular training programs as per requirement to meet business objectives.Handling Vendor Management (Recruitment Vendors) to ensure timely delivery of services.Handling Contract Management of field employees to maintain a healthy workforce.Handling Medical Insurance policy of the organization to provide comprehensive benefits to employees.Attendance and leaves management to ensure smooth operations.Meeting the expectations in day-to-day activities as per HR Standard process.Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner.Requirements:Experience in staff development and management is highly desirable.Fair understanding about labor laws and compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees.Local languages skill set like Hindi is mandatory.
