Company: AiHello (Amazon advertising automation + managed services) Location: India (Remote) Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years in Amazon Demand-Side Platform What you will doYou will own Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaigns end to end for Amazon brands, from strategy to execution to reporting. Build and manage Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaigns: setup, budgets, audience segmentation, creative trafficking, optimization, and reporting Develop full-funnel strategies using display, video, and over-the-top or connected television inventory Conduct audience research and create targeting plans (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, and similar audience strategies) Optimize daily to hit key metrics like return on ad spend, click-through rate, and cost per acquisition Monitor pacing, delivery, and budget allocation to ensure targets are met Analyze performance and turn data into clear action items and tests Troubleshoot campaign issues quickly and prevent repeat problems Coordinate with creative to ensure assets match Amazon Demand-Side Platform specs and campaign goals Present weekly performance updates and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Stay current on platform features and best practices, and test new capabilities What we are looking forHands-on Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaign ownership (not just reporting) Strong skills in audience strategy, testing plans, and optimization routines Comfortable explaining results and tradeoffs to clients in simple language Strong attention to detail for pacing, trafficking, and quality checks Solid spreadsheet skills and clean reporting habits Reliable internet, ability to work independently, and fast response time during campaign issues Nice to haveExperience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon Marketing Cloud Experience running over-the-top or connected television campaigns Experience working with agencies or multiple brands at once Familiarity with creative specs, troubleshooting rejected ads, and tracking setup How success will be measuredHitting performance targets (return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, click-through rate) Stable pacing and clean delivery without surprises Quality of insights and recommendations, not just dashboards Speed and accuracy in execution and issue resolution Clear, consistent communication with the team and clients How to applySend a message with: Your Amazon Demand-Side Platform experience summary 1 or 2 examples of results you drove (numbers preferred) Your expected monthly compensation in INR
