Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented DSP Media Associate / Analyst to join team. You will play a key role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns, managing programmatic ad buying, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. Responsibilities: 1. Programmatic Advertising: - - Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns using Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Implement targeted and data-driven strategies to maximize the effectiveness of programmatic ad campaigns. 2. Campaign Strategy and Planning: - - Develop and execute comprehensive DSP strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, budget allocations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign. 3. Data Analysis and Optimization: - - Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance the performance of digital advertising campaigns. 4. Audience Segmentation: - - Utilize data-driven insights to create and refine audience segments for targeted advertising. - Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance audience targeting precision. 5. Platform Management: - - Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and best practices related to DSP platforms. - Manage relationships with DSP vendors and platforms, ensuring optimal utilization of available tools and resources. - Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Communicate key findings and performance updates to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns. - Work closely with the finance team to manage and optimize digital advertising budgets. - Monitor spending patterns and make strategic adjustments to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications: What you’ll do: - Create, monitor, and track Amazon DSP campaigns & budget pacing. This includes programmatic display and video campaigns. - Manage audience selection and optimum bid levels across available advertising options. - Participate in reporting calls, educating clients on best-in-class strategy. - Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns. - Establish key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights. - Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes. - Work with other internal client teams, both media and e-commerce - Monitor industry news and platform changes, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients to broader team to identify implications and recommended action. - Other duties as assigned. - This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver. This may be the right role for your if you have, - Bachelor’s Degree - 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing on either the agency or client-side. - Strong analytical skills, with substantial knowledge of Excel – pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. - Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations without prescriptive direction. - Detail-oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. - Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisions. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving approach to complex tasks
