Experimentation & Optimization ExpertJob Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Experimentation & Optimization Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our optimization squad, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using industry-leading tools like Adobe Target and Optimizely.Identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging strong analytical skills and evaluating data from multiple sources.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and reporting.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reporting.Stay up-to-date on platform enhancements, industry trends, and continuously refine optimization processes and methodologies.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:7+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate.Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.Experience designing, executing, and reporting on A/B and multivariate tests.Expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and the broader Web/AdTech ecosystems.Ability to independently manage end-to-end experimentation workflows.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's or Analytics degree is a plus).Adobe Target or Optimizely certifications are a strong advantage.Preferred Skills:The following skills are desirable but not required:Experience working with dynamic personalization using Adobe Target or Optimizely.Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based product environments.Experience automating reports or building dashboards for experiment tracking.Familiarity with advanced segmentation, targeting, and analytics integrations.Join us in shaping the future of experimentation and optimization, and let's grow together
