Senior Engineering LeaderThis position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff, overseeing the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects from proposal to handover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance standards.The key responsibilities include:• Project Management: Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.• Technical Direction: Provide technical direction for complex water and wastewater treatment projects, including system design, optimization, and technology selection.• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Environmental or Chemical Engineering field, with a master's degree being advantageous. They will have proven experience in managing engineering teams and large-scale projects, including budget, schedule, and resource management. In addition, they will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering and operational challenges.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining standardized engineering procedures and protocols to enhance quality and efficiency. You will also collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure new facilities and upgrades are integrated smoothly and operate reliably. Furthermore, you will provide engineering support for facility start-ups, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in water treatment.
