Senior Compliance Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining registration and license in India, providing compliance support to all business units of the company in India, managing KYC and AML matters, implementing controls over KYC and AML in order to comply with relevant rules and regulations, ensuring the company complies with regulatory reporting obligations, implementing and renewing policies and procedures to ensure business complies with rules and regulations, identifying, resolving and escalating compliance risk on a timely manner, and acting as a representative of the company for regulatory communications.Key Responsibilities:Maintain registration and license in IndiaProvide compliance support to all business units of the company in IndiaManage KYC and AML matters, implement controls over KYC and AML in order to comply with relevant rules and regulationsEnsure the company complies with regulatory reporting obligationsImplement and renew policies and procedures to ensure business complies with rules and regulationsIdentify, resolve and escalate compliance risk on a timely mannerAct as a representative of the company for regulatory communicationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services sector.Bachelor's degree in a related field;In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines, with hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation and regulatory reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
