A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is also required. Proficiency in at least one major ITSM platform (ServiceNow) is essential, along with strong scripting skills (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or GlideScript).Desirable Qualifications:Candidates with ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM, or ITOM Implementation Specialist) will be highly regarded.
