We are looking for a Technical Consultant - LS Central who will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing LS Central solutions for our Retail Clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What is expected of you?


As part of the job, you will be required to work on:


Client Engagement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations of LS Central software to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices and compliance with government regulations.


Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct Business Process Analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
  • Lead User Acceptance Training (UAT) sessions for Point of Sale (POS) and backend systems.


Technical Implementation:

  • Configure and customize LS Central solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Execute data preparation and migration tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate on the design of POS UI/UX to enhance user experience.


Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide Value Added Support during the Go Live phase.
  • Source potential technology enhancements to improve organizational efficiency.


Requirements:


Must haves:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience as an LS Central Consultant or similar role in retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Expertise in LS Central for Retail, Hospitality, and Replenishment modules.
  • Proficient in business analysis and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


Good to Have:


  • Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Excel, and Visual FoxPro for report development.
  • Familiarity with FACT Accounting for Windows and FACT ERP.NG.
