You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience with integration tools and techniques specific to Workday.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.- Familiarity with data mapping and transformation processes.
