Job Description: Sales Executive – Interiors Industry

Location: India (Bangalore North)

Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. You will play a crucial role in building client relationships, converting leads into successful projects, and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including homeowners, architects, real estate agents, and businesses.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and on-ground initiatives.
  • Sales Management:
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Present and pitch interior design solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations and close sales deals.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to the team for improving sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations and address queries or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
  • Regularly report sales performance and achievements to the management team.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in the interiors, real estate, or home improvement industry is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a passion for interiors and design.
