Data-Driven Business Strategist

Revenue Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.This role will help maintain CRM records, ensure data accuracy, build reports, and support day-to-day GTM operations. You will work closely with leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive predictable revenue growth.CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and update records, properties, lists, and workflows in the CRM system.Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and consistent reporting.Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and funnel tracking.Support integration data flows between the CRM and other tools.REPORTING & ANALYTICSBuild dashboards and weekly reports for pipeline metrics, SDR output, AE performance, and campaign results.Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks across the GTM funnel.Provide data insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership.PROCESS SUPPORTDocument and maintain GTM processes and SOPs.Assist with building automated workflows, sequences, and nurture programs.Support outbound and inbound lead processes for SDR and AE teams.Help QA marketing campaigns, forms, and tracking setup.CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORTWork with Marketing on lead lists, segmentation, and tracking for campaigns.Support Sales with forecasting reports, deal hygiene, and pipeline visibility.Assist Customer Success with renewal tracking, customer data, and account reporting.
