The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans, expanding the customer base, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.RequirementsKey Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting, lead generation, and qualification. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, competitive offerings, and new business opportunities. 2. Business Development Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 3. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and value delivery. Understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Monitor customer feedback to drive improvements in products, services, and strategy. 4. Team Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership. Participate in internal discussions to optimize the sales process, improve lead quality, and enable faster deal conversions. 5. Performance Optimization Track key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue goals, and client engagement to continually refine sales tactics. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen brand presence. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B or fast-growing industry environment. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline management, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
