Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans aligned with organizational goals. Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, talent management, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
