Senior Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP and other ERP/CRM solutions to drive business growth.Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Support various modules including Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to stakeholders.Requirements:10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).Strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).Advanced SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.Familiarity with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to work independently and lead small teams.Benefits:Opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the company's success.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
