Entity Compliance Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Entity Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all entities within the organization.Provide expert advice on compliance matters to stakeholders, including corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions as needed.Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Design and deliver training programs to enhance compliance knowledge and skills among employees.Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Built and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications:Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.Proven experience in corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
