Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Performance Monitoring : Measure project progress using data-driven approaches. Conduct regular checkpoints (e.g., daily scrums, weekly meetings) to track actions and ensure accountability. Change Management : Lead change management processes to adapt to evolving business needs while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects. Mentorship and Team Development : Mentor team members, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and collaboration. Encourage professional development through training and knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : 15-20 years of experience in technology delivery roles, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams. Development Background : Significant experience in software development, including hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, .NET). Project Management Skills : Strong skills in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Trello). Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
