We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to analyze market trends, create pricing strategies, and monitor financial and revenue performance for our clients.This role will involve managing dynamic pricing and availability using advanced tools, analyzing performance metrics like occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), pacing, and market trends, supporting the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets, adjusting pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization, building and maintaining reports using Google Sheets and Excel, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendations, and automating workflows or analyses using Python.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with pricing tools, and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. They should also have good written and verbal communication skills in English and attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective pricing strategies.
