Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Voice AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing deep learning models for voice synthesis.Key Responsibilities:Develop and fine-tune neural network architectures such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, WaveNet, or similar for voice synthesis applications.Collect, preprocess, and augment speech datasets to support the development of high-quality voice models.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice models into production systems.Evaluate and quality assure voice model outputs to ensure they meet the required standards.Stay up-to-date on advancements in speech processing, audio generation, and machine learning to ensure our voice models remain cutting-edge.Required Qualifications:A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.Strong experience with Python and popular machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Hands-on experience with speech/audio processing and relevant toolkits such as Librosa, ESPnet, or Kaldi.Familiarity with voice model architectures including TTS, ASR, and vocoders.Understanding of deep learning concepts and model training processes.
