Leadership OpportunityThe role of Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within a Shared Services Centre.This position requires timely, accurate, and compliant processing of transactions in alignment with financial policies and regulatory requirements.Lead and manage AP and AR teams to ensure high performance and engagement.Develop and implement process key performance indicators, service level agreements, and internal controls.Collaborate with procurement, sales, supply chain, and treasury teams to ensure alignment and service delivery.Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and resolution of disputes.Monitor AP aging and manage payment cycles to optimize working capital.Supervise collections and cash application processes.Resolve customer disputes and ensure accurate account reconciliations.Support credit risk management in coordination with sales and credit control teams.Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation and analysis.Prepare and present periodic reports on AP/AR performance, aging, and risk areas.
