Workday Functional ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled Workday consultant to deliver end-to-end solutions across various industries.Plan and prioritize work, assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.Lead/manage small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.Develop complex configuration for clients and leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB data loads.Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one of the Workday modules (Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll) and will be able to identify scope, scope gaps, and get them addressed.Identify right stakeholders in the project.Communicate/collaborate with project internal/external stakeholders for project success and plan inputs.Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines.The successful consultant will also be responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality.
